      Description

Due to a bug in epmd, there are times when a node name is not removed from epmd when an erlang node restarts. Due to this, the erlang node fails to start and errors out with a message "the name spartan@10.0.3.36 seems to be in use by another Erlang node". In order to fix this problem, we would need to explicitly instruct epmd to remove the node name.
