dcos-net crash by call dcos_dns_handler_fsm:resolve/3

      The dcos-net module was crash almost everyday，even four times a day. when dcos-net was crash, this module

will automatic recovery after ten minutes. 

Please check and hope to resolve as soon as possible，thx.
