      Description

      See https://mesosphere.slack.com/archives/C8Z1FKVP1/p1540168408000100.

      From Vishnu Mohan:

      [DC/OS E2E] doesn't work on non-systemd distributions like Gentoo with OpenRC and I need to fake mount the systemd cgroup on my machine, just to get started.

      ```
      sudo mkdir /sys/fs/cgroup/systemd
      sudo mount -t cgroup -o none,name=systemd cgroup /sys/fs/cgroup/systemd
      ```

      Sadly, something similar needs to occur within the DinD setup so that I can launch a simple Docker App like Marathon-LB on a public agent, which I don't know how to do.

      This is related to https://github.com/dcos/dcos-e2e/issues/1248: "Mounting of `/sys/fs/cgroup` is not necessary in Docker backend.".
