          Description

          I created https://github.com/adamtheturtle/dcos-installer-tools to move non-core code out of DC/OS E2E, in particular so that slow tests were not run unless this part of the code was changed.

          Now that repository is being used by Marathon-LB tests, I would like to move it into the Mesosphere organisation.
