      Description

Run minidcos vagrant create (with no --variant flag [I'm not sure if this part is important]) from two separate terminal windows, and see:

      ~/D/w/m/r/dcos-e2e (e2e) ~> minidcos vagrant create ~/Documents/work/mesosphere/dcos_configs/oss/oss_master/22_jan_2019/dcos_generate_config.sh --agents 1 --public-agents 0
Try "minidcos vagrant doctor" for troubleshooting help.

My guess is that to get around this we should use the workspace_dir parameter from dcos_installer_tools in the CLI. If we do this, let's consider the performance implications as we might then have to extract the installer twice.

This may also apply to minidcos docker.
