      Description

It sometimes happens that we want to run minidcos commands against a cluster which already exists.
      This issue covers allowing that.

There is likely no way to implement destroy.

One way to do this may be to specify a cluster in a configuration file.
      For example:

      # clusters.yaml
      clusters:
      	adams_cluster:
      		nodes:
      			masters:
      				- master_0:
      					public_ip_address: ...
      					private_ip_address: ...
      					default_user: ...
      					ssh_key_path: ...
      					default_transport: ...
      				- master_1:
      					...
      			agents:
      				- ...
      			public_agents:
      				- ...

This could then be accessed like:

      minidcos existing-cluster run --configuration=clusters.yaml --test-env pytest -k ...
