Marathon should handle symlinks for `plugin_conf` and `plugin_conf` parameters

          Description

          Having symlinks handled properly will make it much easier to reliably configure an override (e.g. enable metrics reporter `--datadog_reporter`) which is preserved during DC/OS upgrades.
