 Description   

Currently we have:

  • 1.12/master: curl-7.48.0
  • 1.11: curl-7.48.0
  • 1.10: curl-7.48.0
  • 1.9: curl-7.48.0

Can we please bump curl to the most recent version? We already have a cops issue asking for it: COPS-2898

So far, curl has been upgraded to version 7.59 in the following branches:

  • 1.12/master: curl-7.48.0
  • 1.11: curl-7.48.0
  • 1.10: curl-7.48.0

I have added this to the current sprint as it is "In Review" but not in a sprint and I'm not sure what that means. Also it was never in a sprint. Please undo and clarify here if that is not correct.

Also, there is a fixVersion of 1.9.8 but the above comment does not refer to 1.9 at all - can this be clarified please.
